I  hereby certify that the information/ documents  I have submitted is true & correct and due care has been taken to avoid duplicate claim/submission.

I further hereby undertake the following:

- I shall preserve all the associated original receipt/bills (‘original
 documents’) in relation to the claims submitted by me during the
 year (as mentioned below) and shall produce the same for
 verification as and when required by any relevant government
 authority (including but not limited to Income-tax authority) or by
 Avery Dennison (India) Private Limited (‘the Employer’);

- I shall retain the original documents for a minimum period of 11
 years from end of the FY 20XX-XX as required under the provisions
 of the Income tax Act, 1961 (‘the Act’) read with other applicable
 laws on employer;

- If any proceedings are initiated within above-mentioned period of
 11 years but continue beyond the 11 years period, I shall retain the
 original documents upto the period such proceedings are completed;

- If the Employer makes a request to keep the original documents for
 an extended time period, which request shall be made prior to expiry
 of the original time period for which I was to retain the original
 documents as mentioned above, I shall retain the documents for
 such requested and extended time period.

It is mandatory to submit ‘Minimum Details’ to receive credits on your Pluxee card. On submitting the same, your Pluxee card account will be bound by the following rules:

The total balance on your card at any given point can not exceed Rs 10,000/-
‘Minimum Details’ submissions will be valid for only one calendar year or up to a cumulative annual credit limit of Rs. 2,00,000/- whichever is earlier after which you will have to meet complete KYC requirements
On completion of KYC requirements your card can be credited up to a card balance limit of Rs 2,00,000/-

On completion of KYC your card can be credited up to a card balance limit of Rs 1,00,000/-

To complete your KYC, all you need to do is upload a copy of your Officially Valid Document, along with the document number.

It is mandatory to submit ‘Minimum Document’ details to receive credits on your Pluxee card. On submitting the same, your Pluxee card account will be bound by the following rules: - Balance on card at any point in time cannot exceed Rs. 10,000/- -The total of spends and credits in a calendar month cannot exceed Rs. 10,000/- each -‘Minimum Document’ submissions will be valid for only one calendar year or up to a cumulative annual credit limit of Rs. 1,00,000/- whichever is earlier after which you will have to meet complete KYC requirements On completion of KYC requirements your card can be credited up to a card balance limit of Rs 1,00,000/-

On completion of KYC your card can be credited up to a card balance limit of Rs 1,00,000/- To complete your KYC, all you need to do is upload a copy of your Aadhaar card along with the details mentioned in the ‘Submit Minimum Document’ section

For Pluxee Meal Cardholders completing Full KYC the below mentioned rules are applicable:
• Though as per RBI guidelines, maximum balance limit with Full KYC is ₹1,00,000 (applicable cumulatively for all cards issued by Pluxee), as mandated by TCS, balance on Pluxee Meal card shall not exceed ₹15,000 at any point of time.

*Note: These limits are prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India and are subject to changes as and when mandated.

Below mentioned rules apply for Pluxee Meal Cardholder with Minimum KYC:
a) Balance on Card (at any point) should be ≤ ₹10,000*.
b) Cumulative credits per month should be ≤ ₹10,000*.
c) Cumulative of debits (spends) per month ≤ ₹10,000*.

For Pluxee Meal Cardholders completing Full KYC the below mentioned rules are applicable:
